Dynamic lighting in Neuquén: Equipel transformed the facade of Servicio Confluencia

In Neuquén Capital, the Servicio Confluencia building now showcases a completely renovated appearance at night. Its 11 floors feature a dynamic architectural lighting system capable of generating different scenes, colors, and visual compositions, adapting the facade for celebrations, institutional dates, campaigns, and special events.
The challenge required illuminating the four sides of the building uniformly and with good power, while also moving beyond a conventional lighting solution. The goal was to create a flexible and robust system that could support the company's identity and, at the same time, be simple to manage in the future. To meet this need, Equipel participated comprehensively in the project, from technical and commercial advice to equipment selection, system programming, and client training.
The solution incorporated 319 UNISTRiP G4 RGBNW fixtures with 12° x 45° optics, used to generate vertical wall washing over the building's architecture. The system was complemented by an iPlayer 3 DMX controller, routers, boosters, power supplies, and connectors, configuring an infrastructure prepared to store, program, and schedule different lighting scenes with stability and precision.
In addition to the initial installation and configuration, at Equipel we worked on the programming of dynamic scenes and training the Servicio Confluencia team, enabling the company to subsequently manage its own compositions from the software. In this way, the lighting moves beyond fulfilling a purely aesthetic function to also become a corporate communication tool.
The result is a facade capable of changing its appearance according to each occasion and strengthening Servicio Confluencia's visual presence in Neuquén's urban environment. The project demonstrates how intelligent LED lighting applied to building facades can combine design, technology, and communication, and reflects Equipel's capacity to support architectural lighting projects from conception to commissioning.
