In Neuquén we have our Engineering and Integration Center, a plant of over 5,000 m² dedicated exclusively to the manufacturing and integration of electrical panels and systems. There, we concentrate our own engineering, infrastructure, and manufacturing processes to deliver verified solutions ready for installation and commissioning.
Industrial
Panels with Variable Frequency Drives - VFD
We develop control panels with variable frequency drives for applications that require precise control of the speed, torque, and operating conditions of electric motors. Each solution takes into account electrical and thermal engineering, power distribution and protection, control wiring, communications, and environmental installation conditions. We integrate equipment from ABB, Siemens, Schneider Electric, and other leading brands, for power ratings from 0.55 to 3,200 kW, incorporating bypass, PLC, HMI, or industrial networks when required by the project's control architecture.
Industrial
Motor Control Centers - MCC
We design and manufacture Motor Control Centers to centralize the power supply, protection, command, and monitoring of motors within a single electrical architecture. We develop fixed or withdrawable configurations and integrate direct-on-line starting, soft starters, and variable frequency drives according to process requirements. The engineering considers both the operation and future intervention and maintenance needs, including individual protection, signaling, communications, and connection with PLCs and industrial networks when the project requires a higher level of automation.
Industrial
General Low Voltage Switchboards – TGBT
We design and manufacture Main Low-Voltage Switchboards as the core of electrical distribution for industrial and infrastructure facilities. Each architecture is developed based on loads, short-circuit levels, protection criteria, selectivity, operation, and the installation's potential for growth. We integrate sectioning, measurement, coupling, and transfer systems, as well as communications with monitoring platforms such as SCADA. The design also takes into account accessibility and maintenance, ensuring that the switchboard supports not only the initial project but also its operation throughout its entire life cycle.
Industrial
Medium Voltage Switchgear
We integrate medium-voltage distribution, switching, and protection solutions based on the Siemens NXAIR platform, designed for installations where safety and operational continuity are critical conditions. We configure each system according to the electrical architecture and specific project requirements, with capacities of up to 17.5 kV and 50 kA. These solutions are intended for MV/LV substations as well as industrial, energy, and Oil & Gas applications that require clearly defined electrical performance and consistent integration with the rest of the installation.
Industrial
Prisma Line
We integrate low-voltage distribution solutions based on standardized systems and verified configurations, particularly suited for projects that require a high degree of technical standardization. The modularity of the system allows for the development of distribution architectures tailored to industrial plants, buildings, and infrastructure, while maintaining consistent criteria for protection, organization, and future evolution. Each configuration is defined in accordance with the electrical characteristics of the installation, the project specifications, and the manufacturer-approved combinations, avoiding generic solutions applied indiscriminately to different requirements.
Industrial
Electrical Rooms and E-Houses
We develop prefabricated electrical rooms and E-Houses, integrating each project's electrical, control, and auxiliary services infrastructure into a single solution. Within them, we can incorporate medium-voltage switchgear, main low-voltage distribution boards (TGBT), motor control centers (CCM), variable frequency drives (VDF), PLCs, SCADA, communications, HVAC, and complementary systems. Concentrating their manufacturing, assembly, and integration at our Engineering Center allows a significant portion of the work to be performed in a controlled environment, reducing interfaces and subsequent field tasks, and delivering highly advanced assemblies ready for installation and commissioning.
